While still offering a large and proportionate living area and outdoor patio, this design could be well suited for slightly larger blocks, as it takes in the surrounding area with a large sweeping deck across the front.

With a larger than usual bathroom for a Granny Flat, the Cove incorporates a separate toilet and laundry cupboard, and good sized bedrooms with built in robes to easily handle queen beds and even a study desk. Shown as a slightly raised build, this can also be built on a concrete slab or modified to a split level design if required.
