A close cousin to the Cove design, this plan features two good sized bedrooms and a nice open feel common living area with a fully functioning kitchen. Unlike the Cove though, the plateau includes a dedicated study area, perfect for a built in desk and storage. With a laundry cupboard and good sized bathroom, the modern skillion roofline adds character and appeal to make this a visually stunning Granny Flat.

Like most of our designs, a central patio area surrounded by a lot of glass creates the focus of the building, allowing both entertaining or relaxing outdoors but under the protection of the raking roof above. With both bedrooms flowing out to the sweeping verandah, you can see why this design is one of our favourites.
